Personalized neoantigen vaccines for Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
VAP is a precision immunotherapy project developed by Neomatrix to generate patient-specific cancer vaccines targeting tumor neoantigens in TNBC. The platform integrates NGS, bioinformatics, and the proprietary Neo-Lin synthetic linear DNA technology to rapidly design personalized vaccines.Developed in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome, the project demonstrated strong neoantigen-specific immune responses and significant reduction of lung metastases in preclinical models. VAP also enabled the development of machine learning tools for improved neoantigen prediction
